Healing trauma
Studies have shown the positive impact that the outdoors have on our physical and mental health. Which is why centering what we do around the outdoors is critical to our programs.
At the Light Ranch
Our programs are designed around connecting to the outdoors. While no path is the same for an individual facing their trauma it is our purpose to help them find a way to heal. Through the therapeutic resources, outdoor programs, and our faith we help connect them to a life not held hostage by the darkness they have endured.

A four-month follow-up survey concluded that the effects were sustained over time" (PLoS (Public Library of Science) One).
